  • 3 Full Size Beds, 1 Pullout Couch (Fitted Sheet & pillow case provided – renter responsible for any other linens/blankets)

  • Check In: 3:00 PM, Check Out: 10:00 AM
  • Rate is for up to 6 occupants (Maximum Capacity: 8 occupants, additional $10/night per person over 6)
  • No Smoking
  • Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 21
